Popbooth is built so your photos stay yours. There are no accounts, no ads and no tracking.
Camera and photos
The camera is used only while you shoot. Your strips are processed and stored on your iPhone, inside the app. They’re saved to your photo library or shared only when you tap Save, Print or Share.
Friend Booth
When you start or join a Friend Booth room, the name you type, the room code and your frames are stored in Apple’s iCloud (CloudKit) for this app so your friend’s phone can build the shared strip. Anyone who has the room code can see the frames in that room, so only share your link with people you trust.
- Rooms can only be joined for 30 minutes.
- Your frames are deleted from iCloud when you leave the room — or, if the app closed early, the next time you open Popbooth.
- Friend Booth needs you to be signed in to iCloud. We never see your Apple ID.
Purchases
Subscriptions are handled by Apple. We only learn whether Popbooth Pro is active on your device; we never see your payment details.
Data we don’t collect
We don’t use analytics, advertising or tracking tools, and we don’t sell or share data.
Children
Popbooth isn’t directed at children under 13.
